Delete your Struffle account
You can delete your Struffle account inside the app or through the external support path. Deleting an account is intended to permanently remove the profile, watchlists, ratings, reviews, and related account data.
In-app deletion
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account.
Delete without logging in
Email support@struffle.de from the address associated with your account and include the phrase "Delete my Struffle account".
We use this email path as the external account-deletion request method for Struffle.
What gets deleted
- Account profile and authentication record
- Watchlists, ratings, reviews, and custom lists
- Social graph, messages, and profile metadata tied to your account
Deletion requests are processed as quickly as reasonably possible. Some data may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, backups, or legal compliance.
