Need help with Struffle? Start here. For app bugs, the in-app path Profile -> Settings -> Report a Problem opens an email with app version, device model and OS version already attached.
1. How do I restore purchases?
The current launch version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are added later, the app will include a visible restore-purchases control on the paywall and account/settings surfaces.
2. How do I cancel a subscription?
The current launch version has no subscriptions. If subscriptions are added later, cancellation will happen through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management, and the app will link to the relevant store management page.
3. How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account. If you cannot log in, use the external deletion page at /delete-account.
4. How do I report a bug?
Use Profile -> Settings -> Report a Problem. This creates a support email with technical diagnostics such as app version, build, platform, device model and OS version. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private messages.
5. Why is something stuck loading?
Check your connection, close and reopen the app, then try again. If the issue continues, send a report from the in-app support path so we can see the app version and device details needed to debug it.
6. Outage updates
If Struffle has a launch-week outage, we will acknowledge the issue, protect account data, and post follow-up updates through support channels as soon as the service is stable.
