Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Struffle, a movie and series discovery, watchlist and social matching app. Struffle helps users decide what to watch through their existing streaming providers. It does not stream full movies or series inside the app.

1. Account and eligibility
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login method secure. You must use Struffle only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. If you use Struffle on behalf of another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use Struffle to:
- harass, threaten, bully, exploit, impersonate or dox another person;
- post or send illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, abusive or obscene content;
- upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or personality rights;
- spam, scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload or bypass app security;
- misuse reports, invites, messaging, reviews or social features.
3. User content, reporting and blocking
Struffle may let users create profile text, ratings, reviews, custom lists, messages, reactions and other user-generated content. You keep ownership of your content, but grant Struffle the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate and operate the service.
Struffle provides in-app reporting and blocking tools for social and user-generated-content features. We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts or preserve evidence where needed to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law.
4. Third-party services and content
Struffle uses third-party metadata and availability sources, including TMDB. This application uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. Streaming, purchases and provider availability are controlled by the relevant third-party providers.
5. Fees and subscriptions
The current launch version is free and non-monetized. It does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. If paid features are added later, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase and handled through the applicable app store where required.
6. Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how Struffle processes data. Account deletion is available inside the app and externally at /delete-account.
7. Availability, disclaimers and liability
Struffle is provided with reasonable care, but the service may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, Struffle is provided without warranties beyond statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits liability where liability cannot legally be limited.
